PLAYER SUPPORT

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Visit Support Center →

• How do I register and check in for a tournament?

Create your free FIGHTNEX account, link your PSN ID or Steam profile, and click Register on any open tournament card. On tournament day, mandatory check-in opens 30 minutes before bracket start time in your competitor dashboard.

• What platforms are supported and how does cross-play work?

FIGHTNEX supports PlayStation 5, PC (Steam), and Xbox Series X/S. All tournaments run with cross-play enabled. Competitors receive their opponent's TEKKEN Fight ID and join official dedicated tournament lobbies.

• How are match results verified and submitted?

After each set, both players submit the final score in their match portal. Uploading an end-screen victory screenshot enables instant automated bracket progression. Tournament officials verify any conflicting scores.

• How and when are tournament prizes paid out?

100% of all advertised prize pools are locked in escrow prior to bracket generation. Winners receive fast, fee-free USDT payouts (TRC-20 or ERC-20) directly to their designated cryptocurrency wallet within 24 hours of finals.

• What happens if a player disconnects or desyncs mid-set?

If a desync occurs, the game must be immediately paused and reported to tournament admins. The match is restarted with the exact prior round score restored. Intentional game quitting results in an automatic set forfeit.

• Are custom controllers, Hitboxes, and leverless sticks allowed?

Yes, all commercial fight sticks, DualSense pads, and leverless controllers (Hitbox, Snackbox, etc.) are 100% legal provided they utilize standard SOCD cleaning. Automated macros and turbo keys are strictly banned.
